Its really great because we lived across from Malver Valley Golf Course. Air is fresh and clean and helps you jump out of bed in the mornings.

I really enjoy living in Yarraville. I have the 2007 wine bar of the year in Yarraville Village and a gorgeous sun theatre cinema that plays the lastest movies on the comfort of a leather couch and glass of wine.
All the amenities walking distance - public transport, library, supermarkets, tennis court, video store, local pubs and cafes, and cinema.
Live near the city, St.Kilda, Port Melbourne, easy to go up the coast for the day, or just go to the local park. So much variety.
