I grew up in the valleys surrounding Mullumbimby, and now proudly bring our children up in this beautiful area. Mullumbimby is a welcoming town where all people are embraced.
The town is filled with quality cafes and restaurants, lovely shops filled with quality items and friendly people.
The community gardens are a fantastic place to meet people and get a feel for the 'down to earth' culture that permeates the town. The monthly markets are filled with interesting, eclectic items, and the weekly Farmers' Markets are exceptional! Here you will find excellent organic produce, delicious yummy foods, great music and a vibe to be enjoyed.
Our children, like many of our friends over the past 20 years, have attended Hinterland Christian College, providing them with a wonderfully rounded education. As a K-10 college our children have been supported to follow their interests, develop academic skills and knowledge, and grow in their confidence.
Mullumbimby has a wide range of styles of homes in and around the town and closely connected valleys. With sporting fields, town library, variety of pre-schools and day care centres, a plethora of out of school activities, parklands and family-friendly events throughout the year, Mullumbimby is truly one of a kind.
