We have lived near the river and the golf course in Ascot Vale for 10 years. It is so green and feels really safe. We have great neighbours and love all the river trails and cafes. Very family friendly and oh so close to the city. There are some great restaurant choices around the area and all the shops you could ever need within walking distance at Highpoint.
