I am renting 27 yes in this area and would love to buy my house,I work a couple streets from my home ,I'm single and both my children have children .I love being close to parks trains,buses ,schools markets ,cafes ,shopping centres , cinemas,playgrounds ,fishing access . Nite life along beach so many restaurants, pubs.
