Glenwood

"The poor man's Hills"

Glenwood has a different socio economic mix and has always been the poor man's Hills suburb alternative. It's more Blacktown than Hills.
Falls under Blacktown council. That said, it's family friendly and a cheaper option, you can get a very nice house for much less than the nearby Hills suburbs. I would recommend for first home buyers. It's a "wait and see" suburb. Try to buy as close to the Bella Vista train station as you can.

The average house price is $1,400,000 to $1,700,000 and going up all the time. Not exactly poor man's suburb.

Bella Vista

"Prestige suburb"

Bella Vista is a fantastic place to live. All the houses are beautiful and well maintained in this neighborhood. There are also many great parks and reserves scattered throughout. Plenty of shopping and dining options, and Castle Towers is close by. With the ongoing development of the Norwest Business Park, its top quality schools and increased public transport options (two train stations) this suburb has a lot to look forward to in capital growth.
