San Remo has had a full makeover in the last 15years. There are majority home owners and families that live here now. People are renovating everywhere. The walking track is fantastic and connects all the way to the Entrance now. It’s 10mins from three private schools, 5mins to Bunnings or Kmart/shops. The lake is gorgeous and the people are friendly. There are one or two streets in the whole suburb that have some issues but slowly these are becoming home owners as well. Great place to live.
