Tuart Hill is a lovely suburb - close enough to the city to enjoy the shopping, restaurants, Kings Park, etc, but just far enough away to not have to deal with the crowds and hustle bustle. Mainly young couples and young families, with the old Italian presence still around. Lots of people out and about walking their dogs. Quiet with nice parks, and only a 5 mins drive to the Mt Hawthorn/Leederville cafe strips. Lived in and around the suburb for close to 10 years - I think it's great!

Geraldton is a great place to live!
The beaches are awesome and the whole foreshore area has been redeveloped. You don't have the problem of being stuck in traffic, and you can get from Cape Burney to Drummonds in 15 mins. Marine Tce and the West End have been revitalised, and there's a lot of independent cafes, art projects and innovations that are happening.
