We are a family with two young children living in the top end of Rivervale (close to Great Eastern Hwy).
We love living in Rivervale for its convenience to most places. It is close to major roads, airport, the river, restaurants and plenty of shops. The only downside with the location is it’s not near a beach.
It has its dodgy parts (closer to Kewdale end), however in our section we have great neighbours, lots of young family’s around, and more and more houses are being renovated or rebuilt. It’s a mixed bag of a suburb, but I think if you live in better parts of Rivervale, its such a great place to live.
