Mornington in Victoria is immortalised in the song by the Seekers 'Morning Town Ride' and used to be at the end of the rail line. It is now a modern and trendy place by the bay in Victoria. As part of the Mornington Peninsula it is surrounded by beaches and boasts over 60 wineries. There are outstanding places to dine such as Salix restaurant and Max's which are in two of the local wineries. Views from many places on the peninsula are breath taking and coffee shops and cafes abound throughout the region. When hosting interstate visitors we have endless places to show them and share our wonderful corner of the world. A drive through golf course which hugs the sea is one of many amazing places to visit or Arthur's Seat which surveys the bay from great heights. Having lived here for only seven years we cannot imagine anywhere more beautiful or interesting. How many areas have such a range of lifestyles including farms, beaches, wineries, bush and cafes/restaurants?
