I’ve lived in Girrawheen for a little less than 20 years. It’s a great place to call home. I’m very fortunate to have great neighbours. There are so many parks and the brand new Sports Centre on the corner of Wanneroo and Warwick Road. NewPark shops have improved immensely over the years. Kingsway and Warwick shops are just up the road. 15 min to the City, the Beach or the Swan Valley. This suburb has a lot going for it.
