My family and I have lived here for almost 3 years and we absolutely love it. It is a fantastic community on the waters edge. Just a couple of kilometres away is Toronto which has everything you need. The local schools are excellent. It is a fairly affluent area especially on the waterfront. Lots of families moving into the area, as you can still get beautiful big homes on big blocks here. So many people in the Lake Mac area have never heard of Kilaben Bay, it is a real little gem, surrounded by other blue chip suburbs.
