My husband and I have lived here for 3yrs now and it truly is a street of Friends. We have incredible neighbours, have culdesac bbq's and our kids play together. We also watch out for each others houses when away. I don't feel like we just bought a home, I feel like we also bought a community.
It is also a quiet street with room to breathe between your neighbours. It would be very hard to move if we ever had to. Houses barely spend a week on market when listed. I highly recommend!
