"A happening place"
Gymea Village is always buzzing.
A lovely place to live- some pockets of Gymea are very sought after for buyers.

"Close enough but far enough away"
Grays point is the most tranquil part of the Sutherland Shire. It's close enough to amenities but far enough away to have the benefits of a country lifestyle
Grays Point residents enjoy all the joys that swallow rock, National Park and Port Hacking River have to offer.

"Soon to be the Hub of the Sutherland Shire"
Kirrawee is slowly being transformed as the hub of the Sutherland Shire.
South Village will see excellent shopping facilities, amazing restaurants and a wonderful parkland.
The Pub is currently under construction on the corner of bath Rd and Princes Highway and will become the place to hang out.
Kirrawee High School is highly sought after for families.
