"Very Underrated Suburb"
I was shocked when i came to see this suburb as it's a brand new and anything like that in western sydney , I didn't expected .
It is s close to metro station and train station and people love their homes here lol
I moved form Northern beaches and was struggling to find a home in hills district of my choice and never though that i will buy in western Sydney
but this suburb sold itself to me .
It is a big change for me but considering the home prices now and future prospects of property here .It is the best.
Most underrated in property values .

Purchased 4 bed 2 car home late last year for $860K aprox. Property is 4 year old. Needs a little TLC but good foundation. Prices gone up since then. Get assistance from a good mortgage broker to guide you.
