Karabar is a fantastic suburb for first home buyers. It still offers great value compared to surrounding areas, has a friendly community, and is only minutes from Queanbeyan town centre. There are plenty of older homes being renovated, which is really lifting the area, and you're close to great walking and trail-running tracks. It feels like a suburb with a lot of potential.
