Living here for over 5 years now. Initially rented and after couple of years bought a house. We previously lived in Point Cook and then in Eastern suburbs but living in North Melbourne is the best. Residents are friendly and down to earth unlike the pretentious people in Eastern suburbs. Every thing is close by and you can walk or bike to the city, vic market and some of the best primary and secondary schools in Melbourne. We have been saving money as no travel costs to work. Great place.
