"Popular family street"
Homes in this street are approx 13-15 years old, mainly large family homes, many with a rear bush reserve or an elevated bush aspect. There are good buses services from Connaught Road and this street is close to the local preschool.

"A Great Place To Live"
Raising a family with two young children meant finding a home in a central, family friendly neighbourhood was essential. Here, we are surrounded by other families, which creates a great environment for my family to live in.
Valentine is the perfect place to live in as it is close to the school that my children attend, and as a real estate agent for CENTURY 21 Stals & Kirk, it’s also close to work. The local shops are only down the road, and if you need, Newcastle CBD is only a short drive.
