Battery Hill is a hidden gem that sits just behind Dicky Beach, because of these reasons the housing prices remain reasonable for this coastal town. Battery Hill is on the beach side of Nicklin Way, easy walk to the local beaches (incl a dog beach) and Currimundi Lake and cafes. This area is seeing an increase in families and is surrounded by great schools such as Currimundi Primary and Caloundra State High. There are plenty of parks and bike tracks, including a mountain bike track from the neighbouring suburb. It is also nestled right next to Caloundra Golf.
