I moved to Normanhurst 2 years back and very happy with the decision. Love the greenery of the suburb and at the same time close to everything surrounded by good suburbs with lot of choice to spend outdoors, train station will give country side feeling. I enjoy walks inside the streets with lot of trees and beautiful houses. I catch the train to city which takes 50 min to Wynyard and return late nights and my wife travel to Parramatta which take around 25 mins . Generally very safe suburb with good schools like Loretta for girls and Normanhurst boys selective are best. If you want to send to private schools there are plenty of choice with good schools in surrounded suburbs. Looking forward for north connect and hopefully it will reduce the traffic in pennant hills road.
