Keperrafan

We moved from renting at inner-city Paddington to owning a home in Keperra about 3 years ago.

We really enjoy the many parks, local coffee shops and easy transport connections from Keperra.

With so many young couples and families moving into the area it is fast becoming a really lovely place to live. The suburb has exceeded our expectations but it still has some way to go.

I think within the next 5 years (after the quarry is developed as planned into residential housing), the area will really take off. It's good now but it will be even better in the future.

I give it full stars for:
- exceeding expectations
- having everything you could want at your doorstep
- affordability
- future growth
