A mix of young families and long time residents. At Christmas we have a street party and at Halloween trick and treating is a big thing with most neighbours getting behind supplying treats, dressing up and decorating the houses. The primary school is at the end of the street and neighbours are friendly. The vibe is a bit like living in the country where everyone knows who you are and borrowing a cup of sugar or other items is common. Great environment for kids.
