Greystoke Court is a quiet and safe court within a well established part of Berwick. Although not referred to as "Olde Berwick" as such, it has all the character and convenience of "Olde Berwick" without being way overpriced. At the top of the court are amazing views accross the established Berwick treescape. Greystoke Court is actually within walking distance to Berwick Village with all of it's shops, restaurants, cafe's and conveniences. Many new estates within Berwick can't claim this. Only a short 10 minute stroll up Mansfield Street and you're in the heart of Berwick Village. Above all, it's within a true court, which is great for peace and quiet. Walk to the end of the court and Mansfield Street has buses every hour to take you to Berwick Village, Berwick Station, Fountain Gate Shopping Centre or even as far as Southland Shopping Centre in Cheltenham. You could also walk to Berwick train station if you wanted, which is 15 minutes walk. The University and TAFE are also very close by. It's a great location which is well established. It has a mix of "empty nest" retired couples, young families and also singles. A great location with no riff-raff element at all.
