Gulliver Street

"A lovely little street"

Gulliver street is a great street to live on. It is a lovely little street with established trees growing on both sides. It includes a variety of town houses, apartment blocks and larger established houses. Gulliver street is bordered by a school which means there is a bit of traffic between 8-9 and 3-4 and the street can be quite full of cars during school hours however if you work in the days this is not an issue at all. After these hours parking is great you can take your pick of parks in the street.

The street is 500m from a bus stop which will take you into the city and 300m from a bus stop which will drop you off when coming back from the city. The street is also close to brookvale oval and park which offers exercise equipment, a walking/bike track and a playground with BBQ facilities. The street is also close to a shopping centre 'the mall' which offers plenty of shopping opportunity as well as a movie theatre. the street is in walking distance of a medical centre, local take away stores and brookvale pub.

This is a lovely quiet street in a safe neighbourhood. Although it is quite close to pittwater road there is very little traffic noise. Overall a great place to live whether you are looking to move into a house, unit or town house.

"A great place to live"

This is a beautiful street, very leafy, friendly people and safe. A lovely area to walk around and bring up children with parks, wahroonga shops, the train and schools within 5-15mins. The only negative about this street is that it can have a bit of traffic during school drop offs and pick ups but this traffic is only near the school end and can be avoided by using other streets.

"An 'ok' place to live"

This is an 'ok' place to live - not great but not terrible either. A few big unit blocks and then a car park at the end of the street (with time limits). Parking can sometimes be a problem as one side of the street is 3 hour parking most of the time. The street is generally clean and is not overly noisy and is close to lots of take good away places (Top BBQ chinese). The street is close to the bus stop which is great but I don't think I would like to live here in the long term.
