"Wonderful place to live"

Wonderfully quiet, very surprising considering how close it is to the city.

The four streets Armagh, Washington, Geddes and Gloucester which face Raphael park are the very best streets in Vic park to live.

Great access to the city, great eating out places too. Having proximity to the park is great for kids/animals too.

Couldn't rate the area higher.
