I have lived in Edens landing for about 6 years and it's quiet but too quiet. It has a train station but Queensland rail does not care about it, it never is clean, not enough undercover areas and the trains always get cut if there is a big event. The local shops are appalling, they close down all the time and the spa only sells items that are out of date. The local doctor is a quack only gives you quick fixes that doesn't work and has an in and out approach to treating patients. Don't get me started on all the town houses that look like they were built 20 years ago, filled with renters that look like they belong in Logan central and they leave their bins on the road side all week long. I would recommend avoid living here!!
