Rowville Primary School has been fantastic for our family. Lots of friendships made with mostly lovely people. Great parks (now enclosed dog off leash parks as well) local shopping centre Wellington Village very good. Stud park shopping centre a little larger and good for local shopping. Biggest centre near would be Knox and Waverley Gardens. Disappointing we still don’t have tram or train stations but of course buses are around and very helpful. Good location to go to the beach 40 min drive approx. Dandenong Ranges 15 min drive to the entrance. CBD 50 min approx drive. Very friendly people, safe and attractive area to live. Highly recommended.
