Unfortunately this once lovely suburb has sufferered from over development. There are now too many residents squashed into this small suburb due to the amount of apartments being built. This has resulted in traffic jams, noise, pollution and overcrowding of schools and locals restaurants and pubs. There has also been an increase in crime in the area. Such a shame but I wouldn't choose to move/buy in Erko anymore!
