Unfortunately our friends moved here and had lots of trouble with ‘goons’ on their street and also break ins in the area. They were in one of those nicer looking new parts too. Perhaps it’s still developing. We stayed the night and we heard the cars flying around.

We have absolutely loved raising our family in Buderim. Schools, sea, surf, peace and quiet, community. Everything we could ever want. If you’re considering moving here (it seems a lot are) don’t hesitate. Houses still not lasting long around here.
