Great location - right next to the linear trail and super close to the obahn to take you into the city. A lot of construction at the moment, due to the great location but still an up and coming area. I lived here for 6 months and my car got broken into. On another occasion I woke up to the cops at my door at 3am, as a group of teenagers had been breaking and entering, and said they had stolen tools from our house (turns out it was the neighbours not us).

Overall, I would live here just make sure you have some good security and insurance!
