Epping and the surrounding suburbs are simply wonderful!

There are awesome restaurants and cafes everywhere and a couple of nice pubs/bars for entertainment. Off traffic, the drive to the city is straight forward or the train just takes 40 minutes stopping all stations.

It's super family friendly and has a great community spirit.

There are heaps of job opportunities in various industries less than 30 minutes drive from Epping direction to the city.

It's probably one of the best value for money suburbs regardless if you are buying or renting, and even in a falling market Epping has been increasing in value as there is very limited supply of houses. People have been moving from all over the place over the last couple of years and there are more and more young couples with young children who are still fulfilling the Aussie dream of home ownership without being a slave to the banks for their whole life.
