Easy access to the city via train, bus. Lovely new library (excellent). Bay side - Wading pool (free), waterpark for children. Close to Manly - pool and good restaurants.
Lots of lovely new units, town houses, If you love a bargain so many second hand stores with a great variety of good clothes, bric a brac, etc. Very friendly, always a sea breeze to keep you cool. Some new interesting stores popping up. Some way to go but getting there. If you like sailing, paddling, wind surfing or fishing out in the bay this is the best place to live.
