A very nice street, easy access to everywhere. We have been living here for over 3 years and it has been very pleasurable! We are so close to everything, schools, shopping centres, great restaurants and our gorgeous beach! Lifestyle.......Coming from Sydney, the gold coast is divine. Our street is quiet however we do have units at the end of the street, however all the people in the units normally stick to themselves, we havent had any problems. We also have a great park at the end of the street, fantastic for our little ones, they luv it! Migies are fine here, however they are more active at certain hours sunset/sunrise at certain times of the year, however i wouldnt say they are an issue... We have survived! Gold coast racecourse is walking distance, if ur into that. We don't have any issues with parking from people visiting the Saturday races as our council put a 2 hr restriction limit. You will get fined if parked longer than this on our street. I do recommend to get a visitor pass from the council if u have guests over that will stay longer than 2hours. Most of the houses have 2-3 car ark carports + then their garage. Our neighbors in this street are all very pleasant, but not in your face. We always have a Christmas yearly gathering in the park at the end of the street. It's like a little family!! any traffic (normally only around school pickup and drop off only) and
