Babu st is a fantastic location. Its centrally located in varsity lakes with all major facilities no more than 5 mins away. Robina Town centre, Burleigh beach, M1, hospitals, schools, Bond Uni, Skilled park not to mention the array of other Business being setup through the Varsity lakes/Robina area are all just minutes away in the car.

To compliment the above mentioned items, there is a major park(frascott) not even a 5 minute walk around the corner that has been totally refurbed to have a large childrens play area, undercover BBQ facilities, a full size oval that has a running track & fitness circuit setup around it, a Half court basketball area and a fully enclosed Public Dog playground facility.

Overall, Babu st is fantastic, it offers so much with everything at your doorstep, yet it's so peacefull and quiet, you feel like your 20 mins out of town.

I'd recomend the area to anyone!
