This is one of the most prestigious, best kept secrets of Swan View. A private culdesac where the likes of West Coast Eagles star Nick Naitanui build their dream home!
Unlike a lot of other land developments in swan view, this small group off Talbot Rd has beautiful big blocks with city views and expensive luxury homes. Good luck getting a house there if you wanted to become Nick's mate... Adler Heights is short with only about 12 houses.
