Geelong West is very conveniently located - right next door to the water @ Drumcondra, home to the ever popular Pakington Street with all its retail variety, eateries and entertainment and its ever popular annual Pako Festa in February. It is close by to the Deakin Waterfront Campus which now includes the Faculty of Medicine.
