Expensive place to live.
Primary school has close to 1000 students (2025) but doesn't have a full size oval. Break times have to be staggered, which makes concentration difficult for the classes near the tiger turf or oval while the other kids are on break.
Smaller block sizes, a scary break-in and trouble makers have also lead to the low overall rating.
