"Up & comming suburb!"

Great suburb, new train station 10 minutes walk away, just a few minutes drive to motorways to city or south to the Gold Coast. lots of parks and recreational facilities as well as shopping centres within close driving distance. A large range of ethnic diversity as well. Currently house prices are still affordable.
