"In a few years a place in this area, with this view will be worth a million!"
I have travelled to this part of the world on many occasions on tour with friends and stayed with a few locals over time. Glen Alvie is on a rain belt, so most of the year is lush green apart from when the 40 degree summer days dry it out. This doesnt last long though and the lushness returns. If I decided to leave my home in sunny Queensland I'd buy here as it's a special gem in Victoria. I'd recommend anyone to take a drive up the windy roads and soak up the views.

I had a look at this place last week and was so impressed with the views that I spent about an hour longer than I intended to. I had a walk around the property and found that a about a quarter of it was so steep that I almost needed a safety harness to get around. But on saying this it didn't effect the cattle and alpaca's from running around and using the space. I am tempted to make an offer as I don't think a place like this will come again in the near future. I would appreciate anyone who has seen this place to give me an idea on what you think I should offer or maybe avoid???. I just have not seen a place quite like this in this region and need some expert advice.
