Ten years ago, we knocked down our renovated, comfortable ex commission home to build a larger family home. We didn't really want to move and it was the better option at the time. Epping then was becoming popular due to its excellent access to transport, shopping and excellent schools and it's proximity to wealthier Epping North. Our kids have now grown up and have wonderful careers thanks to our decision and the wonderful access and choice of schools. Government funding has provided a magnificent child care centre, medical and dental bulk-billed facility, public and private hospital for locals and a manned Police Station. We have the lot in Shopping Plaza , great cafes, top takeaways and the freshest produce. The area has become extremely popular and why not, it has it all!
