"Great for families"
no traffic noise, upper end of street is close enough to walk to clubhouse facilities, bars & restauraunt.
5 mins to Roleystone super IGA & school. 10 mins to train station, 35 mins to city by car.
The underground power is a nice touch & the water straight out of the tap is the best in Perth.
Fantastic, serene place to live but still practical to main services - crime & hoon behaviour is also very rare to nonexistant.
