"excellent yet affordable suburb"
a lot of quality houses and tree lined streets, value for money, on goodwood road and much more affordable option than its adjacent suburbs such as Colonel light gardens and Cumberland park etc if you want to buy into the area.

"has verything"
Marion has everything within easy access. Marion shopping centre and public transport hub nearby, with beaches and hills within short drive, upcoming health centre and first class state aquatic centre to name a few all make life easy and full of fun.
