Ascot Vale offers so much! It's well connected to the city via train and tram, there's easy access to heaps of parks, playgrounds and dog off-lead parks. The Flemington Showgrounds and Racecourse add a buzz, and there's a real sense of family friendly community. I absolutely love living in Ascot Vale!
