I love Wynnum!! In my opinion it has so much untapped potential and are grateful we brought when we did! It boasts as the closest seaside suburb to the CBD, direct train line through to the city with a incredible lifestyle suburb in the making. While we could have brought within the 5 km circle we made the choice to buy in Wynnum as yet to find a suburb that offers great transport, bike tracks, walking tracks, free waterfront wading pool, incredible parks, weekend markets, fishing, beathtaking bay views, with a hugebusiness centre that with some hard work and freshbusiness ideas could be a mecca. Our family loves Wynnum and are sure it'll be blue chip suburb in years to come.
