Over the 3 years I lived in Clarendon Vale, my house was broken into on three separate occasions and each time quite an array of expensive stuff was stolen. My insurance company up'd the cost of my contents insurance each time to which they also stated that due to the high theft and crime rate in Clarendon Vale this is another reason that my policy for insurance is also higher than other places in Hobart.
