Butler
"Butler great place to live"
New suburb which is turning into a great place to live. So will be the train station and a major shopping center. Already has all the facilities you need medical center, schools and shops.
Great for
- Train station
- Parks and beaches
- Friendly family orientated
- Great community activities
- Fantastic lakes and parks
- No firms plans as yet for the extension of the Mitchell Freeway--very long travel times to the CBD.
Not great for
- Few robberys
- Hoons
- Trail Bikes
- Lack of couple things to do at night, have to head off to Joondalup etc.

"Balcatta"
There are some many drunks from government housing. The police are always on Main St, because of the people in the neighbourhood.
Not great for
- Crime is high, alot of people drunks roaming the street
- Lack of transport
- Noisy from hoons, dunks and cars
- To many government housing that have unemployed mothers with too many young kids-who are potential thieves
