Childcare options are great with next to no waitlists, many schools to choose from- Japanese School, German School, Northern Beaches Christian School and the wonderful Terrey Hills public where the kids are still able to walk to school safely- unheard of in Sydney these days. There is high demand on property in Terrey Hills, so if something comes up it generally will be sold within 2-4 weeks.
Its quiet, and you don't feel like you 'live' in Sydney, but only 10 mins to Mona Vale beach, 20 mins to Chatswood or Warringah Mall for shopping or 30 mins to the city ( on a good run :)
