Lemon Tree Street
5th August 2025

"Beautiful street surrounded by the sounds of nature."

This is quite possibly the loveliest street I have ever lived on. Backing onto a forest, the only noises you can hear are those created by nature. It is not unusual to have multiple birds visit your deck throughout the day or the odd bush turkey or wallaby pass by your front yard! With a lovely sense of community spirit, Lemon Tree Street is definitely a street worth checking out.

"Quiet neighbourhood with a lovely leafy backdrop."

Lots of streets in this suburb back onto or are close to natural forest reserves. It is a quiet and peaceful environment with the added benefit of having all necessary services at its fingertips.

Glenavon Street

"Relaxed and friendly."

A lovely quiet street within walking distance to the main shopping area. It is also close to the water front and only a short drive to beautiful beaches. Toukley itself is a friendly town with a lot of potential. An undiscovered gem.

Rosewood Drive

"Beautiful, quiet and well positioned"

We love Rosewood Drive. It is a pretty street with a leafy outlook. All the homes are brick homes and it has the added advantage of kerb and guttering. The neighbours are friendly and from what we have been advised by those who have lived here for 30 years plus, the street has always had a good name. The homes are on large blocks and garden maintenance appears to be a favourite past time for many of the residents as the street always has a clean and tidy appearance. The position of Rosewood Drive is also an added bonus as it is close to local transport and is within walking distance to both the local shops and the main shops within Umina Beach. It is also close to schools and of course the ever beautiful beaches. One of the main advantages is that very little traffic passes through the street. Rosewood Drive has something for eveyone. It is perfect for young families and couples but quiet enough for those wishing to retire to the neighbourhood.
