The one big problem with this property is the High School down Miller Road. I have seen on regular occasions school kids in this laneway in groups smoking and dealing drugs. It is ashame but this seems to be that High schools "bad group" hangout.

With the butterfly farm and the Old Time Village it's a pleasant place to be. One family friendly pub and a Caravan Park on the river where the "bridge to bridge" races can be watched.
