Recently purchased after visiting the place on and off over the years.

The vibe is great and improving; the main strip has nice restaurants views and activities for families. Great location close to beaches, fishing spots, parks and also the boat ramp. Can be a little quiet over winter but that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

They are continuously doing work into the main strip and am looking forward to see how it progresses.

There are still some neglected houses in the area but on a whole it is improving.
