Lotte Cairns

Balmain East is a great small village just west of Balmain, its amazing and has a really good community. Close to the city as well but not at all busy or full of working people and it has really good public transport!Great restaurants and cafes and a really good pub. There is also a small school which is perfect for kids and has a great halloween festival every year. It has great little parks and it's right on the water and ha s a ferry wharf on the end of the main road. Perfect place for people with a young family or anyone who wants a nice quiet suburb.
